The Job:
Managing a busy, family owned, retail store in Cheshire serving the local rural community.
This would ideally suit either a candidate with previous retail or customer facing sales experience, has managed a small team and has a passion for the rural sector, OR, someone with country store retail assistant experience, looking for career progression into a management role.
You will be leading a friendly team of Sales Advisors to provide first-class product advice, build and nurture relationships with both existing and new clients and identify areas of growth.

- Previous customer facing sales experience.
- Passionate about the rural sector.
- Experience of managing a small team would be desirable.
- A positive and motivated individual.
- An eye for deatil, who strives for continual improvement.
