Job description
THE ROLE:
Working for a major player within animal health, ruminant nutrition, supplements and husbandry, this ‘Ruminant Technical Support Manager’ job has come about due to company growth and expansion. The role will involve supporting the nationwide team of Area Sales Managers, providing them with full ruminant technical support. You will partake in product presentations to Area Sales Managers, as well as to merchant customers and retail staff, attending farmer’s evenings and helping with marketing literature where necessary.

THE CANDIDATE:
· Good technical understanding of ruminant nutrition.
· Farming background/knowledge to be able to relate to farmers.
· Wanting a technical role, as that is where their passion lies.
· Strong and confident individual.
· Excellent rapport building skills.
THE PACKAGE:
· Basic Salary: Circa £25,000 - £35,000 (dependent upon experience). Plus great package including bonuses, car, etc.
