​Sales Account Manager – UK - Agricultural Sector – Competitive Basic Salary (based on experience) + Bonus + Commission + Car + Home Based + Benefits!!

THE JOB:

My client is a very well-established global provider of Ag Tech solutions within the agricultural industry. They are experiencing a period of fantastic growth, with new product launches scheduled for 2022, and are seeking to appoint an Account Manager to work with trade partners, to deliver on their aspirations.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting, developing and maximising sales via dealers/Ag merchants in the UK. Working from a UK home base, the successful candidate will have a successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business-to-business setting. You will work closely with the product development team in launching new products at events and to distribution partners.

The personal qualities, drive, motivation and hunger for closing sales are as important as the professional experience and will be the key to success in securing this role.

THE CANDIDATE:

•Sales and Account Management experience within the agricultural sector.

•Experience of working with a distribution network and supporting merchants / dealers.

•Remote based UK, willing to travel as necessary throughout the UK.

•Full UK driving licence.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and resilient.

•A creative thinker, who offers well founded solutions.

•Experience of developing, supporting and motivating a dealer network.

•Fully CRM conversant.
