Sales Manager – Agricultural Fertilisers –South Wales. NO FERTILISER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
The Job Vacancy:
This Sales Manager – Agricultural Fertilisers job vacancy will be working for a major worldwide manufacturer of fertilisers and covering the sales territory of South Wales. The role will be selling their full range of market-leading fertiliser products via their distribution / wholesale channel, throughout South Wales. Strong sales and negotiation skills and building lasting business relationships are key to achieving success. This is a highly-varied role, working for an international market leader with excellent opportunities for long-term career progression! It would really suit someone looking to advance their sales career, with prospects for some future international travel.
The Company:
A major manufacturer of fertilisers. UK and worldwide leader!
The Candidate:
- Successful and proven sales background within sales to agriculture.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in Agriculture
- Have agronomic experience or the ability to communicate the agronomy message
- FACTS qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
- Technically, financially and commercially minded.
- Sales focused.
The Package:
Superb basic salary plus excellent 1st year OTE and highly enviable full benefits package, 25 days holiday, car or car allowance, pension, private health, etc. Plus excellent opportunities to progress internally!
