The Job

Responsibilities;
- Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to foster long-term relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Proven track record in sales and lead generation
- Strong customer service and satisfaction orientation
- Experience in account management and relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the agricultural machinery industry, engineering, or related field
- Salary £30,000-£40,000 DOE
