Sales Team Trainer – Business to Business - Basic Salary up to £60,000 + Bonus + Car + Home Based + Excellent Benefits Package!!!
The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity with a major international machinery manufacturer, who are changing their route to market, to business to business.
The main purpose of the role will be to create and deliver a bespoke training and development programme to upskill the sales force throughout the UK and Ireland.
You will have at least 5 years’ previous experience in a ‘consultative sell’ senior sales role (ideally via a dealer network). In addition to your coaching, mentoring and leadership skills, you will possess strong commercial acumen.
Working autonomously, you will be self-motivated and disciplined, an excellent communicator and be willing to travel throughout the UK and Ireland when required.
THE CANDIADTE:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Qualified in business management and administration, Training or a similar discipline.
• 5 Years B2B sales experience, at a senior level.
• Collaborative leadership style.
• Commercial acumen.
• An excellent communicator, comfortable with presenting information to colleagues and customers.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
• Good IT skills • Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Full Driving Licence
• Passport holder.
