Senior Arable Operator/ Estate Worker-Hampshire-£35,000-£50,000 + Accommodation!
We our looking for a passionate Senior Arable Operator for a 550 Hectare Estate in Hampshire. You will be a key member of a small, friendly estate team, carrying out all major arable operations ranging from spraying, drilling, combining and fertilising. This role also includes assisting with machinery maintenance and working in the woodland areas of the Estate.

This role also includes assisting with machinery maintenance and working in the woodland areas of the Estate.
The Candidate:
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and excellent time management skills.
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- PA1 and PA2 certifications are essential.
- Experience with telehandler operations, chainsaw handling skills, and PA4s certification are desirable (training will be provided if needed).
- Ability to maintain comprehensive and precise records, organized and meticulous in documentation practices.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of loyalty and reliability, interested in a long-term role.
