The Position:
This Grain Trader / Grain Buyer job vacancy for Lincolnshire is working for a well-established and highly reputable organisation with an excellent name in the market place. Due to growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced Grain Trader to join their dynamic and established grain trading team. This role involves liaison with traders, consumers and brokers nationally and internationally. The company is going through a period of rapid growth and are looking for an experienced trader to develop relations with new and existing suppliers. This is a varied role with excellent opportunities for long-term career progression!
The Candidate:
- Previous experience of grain trading/buying essential
- Organic experience desirable
- Current ledger of farmer clients and contacts
- Knowledge and understanding of the UK and International grain markets.
- Excellent relationship builder
- Confident and determined.
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience - circa £30k - £50k plus superb commission and highly enviable full benefits package, 25 days holiday, accommodation (if required), transport, etc . Plus excellent opportunities to progress internally!
