THE JOB:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a senior level Office Manager to join a small team at a growing, premium hay business in the beautiful setting of the Cotswold Hills.

With a large and growing customer base, our Client is now in need of a Senior Office Manager to oversee an existing team of administrators and dispatchers, run an efficient and effective office, manage payroll and compliance and to support and contribute towards the continuous growth of the business!

THE CANDIDATE:

• Experienced office manager.

• Polite and charming!

• A motivator and team player.

• Experienced with accounts, invoicing and credit control.

• Purchasing and budgeting experience.

• Experience managing payroll.

• Excellent communicator and problem solver.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient, organised and dedicated.

• Hands on management – not afraid to get ‘stuck-in’!
