No 12-hour days. Just standard operating hours, Monday to Thursday with every Friday off!
The role will involve working closely with candidates to find them their perfect job role. You will work closely with our recruitment delivery team in order to find and source suitable candidates for job vacancies, whilst being highly rewarded in return. You will manage job applications, as well as candidate expectations and ensure that candidates receive the best customer service experience whilst working with us.
We are a fast-growing business and this is a role (and a business) that will continually evolve so flexibility is key, as is a 'can do' approach to life and business.
Salary and Benefits:
Excellent salary and benefits package, (circa £25,000-£30,000 basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic unlimited commission structure (first year realistic OTE of £60,000), including a 4-day working week with 5 days pay! Working hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break, full training and ongoing support, company pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, as well as additional top performer incentives, company bonuses, as well as additional incentives including team holidays, events and a clearly defined career progression path and so much more!
