THE JOB VACANCY:
Working for a major, extremely prestigious agricultural and farm machinery manufacturer, we are looking for a Service Manager to add to their existing and highly successful team, due to business growth! Based ideally around the Oxfordshire region, we are looking for a person with the right attitude, experience and commitment to be a valued and fundamental part in pushing the business forward. You will build excellent working relationships both internally and externally, be responsible for a team of people whilst motivating and developing them within a busy working environment. THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience within service management within an agricultural dealership.
A good communicator at all levels.
Good level of IT Skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and work under pressure
THE PACKAGE:
Basic salary £45,000 + commission + full benefits package! Plus excellent opportunities for career progression!
