Service Manager – Warwickshire. Circa £40,000 + Vehicle + Benefits!!!
The Position:
Our client is a well-established Agricultural machinery dealership, experiencing strong and steady growth. We are looking for a person with the right attitude, experience and commitment to be a valued and fundamental part in pushing the business forward. You will build excellent working relationships both internally and externally, be responsible for a team of people whilst motivating and developing them within a busy working environment. This is a varied role with excellent opportunities for growth and ultimate job satisfaction. Candidates do not necessarily need to have an agricultural background.
The Candidate:
- Previous Service Manager experience
- or an Agricultural Engineer looking for the step into a Management role.
- A good communicator at all levels.
- Good level of IT Skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work under pressure
- Technical knowledge of agricultural and construction machinery would be beneficial but is not essential.
The Package:
Dependent upon the level of experience circa £40k (dependent upon experience) + Vehicle + 5% contributary pension
