Skilled Machine Operator (Contract Farming) – Devon – Total Achievable Earnings Up to £42,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Full Training!!
THE JOB:
We are looking for hardworking, Skilled Machine Operators with a flexible approach to work, to join a rapidly growing, family run Agricultural Contracting Business based in Devon.
You may be a competent tractor driver or machine operator with a keen interest in agriculture that wants to take the next step in their career?
Full training will be given on use of specialist bespoke machinery.
During busy periods, you will be required to work away from home and travel to locations throughout the UK.
THE CANDIDATE:
•Hard working and physically fit.
•Agricultural background.
•Competent tractor driver/machine operator.
•Able to work on own initiative and a team player.
•Willing to work away from home for long periods – Essential!
•Mechanically minded and able to maintain farm machinery.
•Able to carry out general maintenance/yard work.
•Full UK driving licence.
