Strategic Research and Marketing Manager – Arable / Agri Food Specialist. Midlands. Up to 55k + BUPA + Excellent Benefits Package!!!
THE ROLE:
Working for an independent company, this is a high profile strategic position, both within the company and Agricultural sector.
You will be an exceptional communicator and have the proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels across the agricultural sector. With your commercial acumen and excellent market knowledge of the Agri/ food and Arable markets, leading a team of researchers, creating enthusiasm and providing direction, ensuring that outputs meet the needs of the industry.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Knowledge of the Arable and/ or Agri Food Sector.
- Excellent communicator.
- Able to demonstrate good Commercial / Marketing Skills.
- Agricultural related degree preferred
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and a track record of delivering technical information / presentations
- Previous line management experience desirable
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: Up To £55,000 (dependent upon experience).
