The Job:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Strawberry Grower to manage and optimise the performance of strawberry production units. This is a hands-on role, focused on crop care, irrigation, fertigation, climate control, pest and disease management, and daily growing operations. You will play a key role in delivering consistent high-quality fruit while driving continuous improvement across production. Clear progression opportunities exist into senior leadership roles.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a grower or assistant grower in soft fruit or horticulture (preferably strawberries)
- Strong knowledge of plant physiology, crop nutrition, climate control, and pest/disease management
- Hands-on operational ability, with willingness to be actively involved in daily growing tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to changing crop conditions
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Desirable: experience in glasshouse or controlled-environment strawberry production, knowledge of modern growing systems, or relevant horticulture/agriculture qualifications.
