THE ROLE:
Working for one of the UK’s market leaders, this Trainee Area Sales Manager position will involve selling a range of specialist fertilisers to customers throughout East Anglia and the East Midlands. The company will provide a clear training plan, including both product and sales training, so is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into an agricultural/fertiliser sales role.
THE COMPANY:
A UK market leading fertiliser manufacturer.
THE CANDIDATE:
- A minimum of one – two years’ experience of working in agriculture.
- Fertiliser knowledge.
- Ideally with an agricultural degree,
- Possesses the sales potential.
- Highly enthusiastic.
- Looking for a long-term career with excellent opportunities for progression.
- Superb communication skills.
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary: Circa £25,000 - £30,000 basic (dependent upon experience).
- Commission: £Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
