Trainee Assistant Farm Manager - Arable / Beef / Sheep – Oxfordshire – Salary and Benefits Negotiable depending on experience!
The Position:
Our client is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Trainee Assistant Farm Manager on the family mixed Arable / Beef / Sheep Farm in Oxfordshire.
This opportunity would suit someone currently working on farm, with experience of animal husbandry, tractor work and arable farming, wishing to take the next step on the career ladder.
Accommodation can be arranged if required.
The Candidate:
Must be someone that has general farm experience.
Be committed and enthusiastic about farming.
Willing to learn and grow to Assistant Farm Manager
Living or happy to relocate to the Oxfordshire region
The Package:
Negotiable, dependent upon the level of experience
