THE JOB:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Farm Manager to join the team at a stunning, award-winning farm in the West Midlands.
This opportunity may suit an individual looking to take their next step into a Farm Management position, or a Junior Farm Manager with ambition and drive - searching for a new challenge!
Working alongside the Business Owners and existing Permanent Staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this picturesque farm.
THE CANDIDATE:
• Passionate and willing to learn!
• Excellent communication skills.
• A ‘Can-Do’, positive approach to work.
• Computer literate.
• Sound understanding of farming processes.
• Top Fruit experience desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
THE PACKAGE:
