THE ROLE:
This is an extremely exciting time for this business who are looking to recruit a well-seasoned sales professional from the swine feed/pig nutrition industry that is looking for a key role within a fast growing business, where they can work highly autonomously and shape the future of this business within the UK and Europe. A key instrumental position that will be highly rewarded, will involve managing a key distributor network (both small and large scale) throughout the UK and Europe and setting up new key distribution channels for the business. This business has patents throughout the world for this highly innovative and successful product and the role will be split between sales and commercial management.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Technical Product / pharma experience within the swine/pig industry.
- A credible and impressive network within the industry
- Appreciates the 'product trial' challenge and wants to take a new product to market
- Knows how to succeed with a new product.
- Proven Track Record
- Understands cooperatives / integrators / distributors
- Can sell without the back-up of technical colleagues
- Spanish /Portugese language skills very desirable
- Be able to work autonomously.
- Excellent networker
- Enjoys the freedom of a small team with complete accountability.
