UK Business Development Manager
UK Business Development Manager - Nutraceuticals - £70,000 basic DOE + Bonus + Car + Benefits
Location: Home-based with travel across the region
The Job:
A dynamic and rapidly growing company, recognised as a leader in the distribution of high-quality raw materials within the Nutra ingredients industry, is seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join their UK Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's expansion, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales in the UK market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key customer relationships across the UK. You’ll provide regular sales reports and market insights to the Head of Sales, while meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to overall company goals. Regular engagement with key accounts will be essential to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. You will develop tailored product proposals in collaboration with internal teams, plan and execute customer engagement activities such as exhibitions and client visits, and work closely with operations to maximise sales margins and optimise costs. Throughout, you will represent the company’s values and uphold its high standards in all customer interactions.

The Candidate:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales within the Nutra ingredients / Nutraceuticals industry
- Strong understanding of the UK market dynamics and customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
