UK Key Account Manager (Pest & Disease Control) – Home Based – Basic Salary to £50,000 + Bonus + Car / Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Package!!
Our client is a global leader in the production of biological pest and disease control products and solutions, for a wide variety of crops.
The Job:
This role will predominantly focus on the horticultural sector, controlled environment growing.
Through the provision of excellent technical advice to customers and distributors, the successful candidate will establish, manage and maintain relationships with customers, throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will be technically proficient in crop protection and experienced in practical horticulture practices.
The key to success in this role, will be offering well considered and technically qualified solutions to pest and disease management, providing customers with an integrated pest management plan.
The Candidate:
A good knowledge of crop protection and integrated crop management.
BASIS qualified in a related discipline (Crop protection or Horticulture ideally).
Confidence to undertake the role whilst gaining knowledge of the company’s products.
Comfortable working within a team or independently.
Ability to independently plan work and organise time.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and gain support, communicate effectively and positively within/between departments or with external stakeholders.
The ability to work in a results-oriented manner.
Maintains focus under pressure.
Full driving licence.
The Package:
Basic Salary to £50,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Car / Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Package!!
