National Sales Manager – UK – Basic salary £45,000 + OTE of £60,000 + company vehicle+ up to 25 days holiday+ BH+ Expenses + Pension scheme.
The Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team at an established and innovative company, leading the market in designing and manufacturing top-quality livestock handling equipment and farm hardware. This is an exceptional opportunity for a solution and target driven individual with engineering expertise to unleash their full earning potential. You'll be at the forefront, directly engaging with both existing and potential farming customers, promoting, presenting, and selling their cutting-edge products.
The candidate:
• Have you demonstrated a proven track record of delivering end-to-end B2C service with exceptional sales success?
• Are you adept at understanding the intricate 'flow' of farm processes?
• Can you provide examples of your demonstrated experience in selling bespoke, high-quality farm hardware tailored to the unique needs of farmers?
• Are you proficient in designing simple technical drawings to accurately assess size and requirements for engineer design and construction?
• Do you possess a solid engineering background that enables you to effectively problem-solve and swiftly meet customer needs with efficiency?
• Do you have excellent working knowledge of CAD, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), prioritising, time management, and organisational skills?
Package:
£45,000 with OTE target earnings of up to £60,000 OTE
22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
Company vehicle provided (including private use)
