Responsible for accounts including: butcheries, abattoirs, dairy parlours – sales at the farm gate, dairy processing, distilleries, restaurants, food and beverage processing plants to name a few.
Extensive dairy processing knowledge.
Customer acquisition through cold calling, trade shows, society AGM’s and social media marketing platforms
Customer service, technical support and sales
Onsite customer/internal staff training – safe handling of chemicals, product application, bacteria awareness, personal hygiene and effective CIP wash parameters
Consistently exceeded sales targets
