The Candidate:
- A background in Land based Engineering or related field.
- Experience in working on a range of agricultural and/or plant machinery.
- Training and leadership experience would be an advantage.
- Confident you can deliver both practical and theory sessions to a range of learners.
- Passion for cultivating talent and shaping future professionals.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum.
