Arable Farm Operative – Worcestershire / Warwickshire Region – Up to £35,000 Salary + Great Personal Development Opportunities!
The Job Role:
This Arable Farm Operative job vacancy is working for a highly prestigious crop solutions company. Working on trial sites in the Worcestershire and Warwickshire region, you will be a competent machine operator, with experience of cereal crop from planting, cultivation and harvest.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with arable farming experience, to develop their knowledge of field trails work (ongoing training and development) within a prestigious company that holds great prospects for the right candidate.
The Candidate:
- Experienced in operating a range of farm machinery.
- Seed drilling experience would be an advantage.
- PA1, PA2
- Qualified in an Agricultural discipline.
- A good team player and able to work on own initiative.
- Full driving licence.
The Package:
Salary to £35,000 + use of company vehicle + great personal development opportunities you would expect from a market leader!
