The Job Role:
This is a great opportunity, with a well-established, market leading farm that specialises in pig breeding. We are recruiting for an Assistant Farm Manager/Team Leader for a major pig breeder operation in North Yorkshire. You will be managing circa 1400 sows in one breeding unit, whilst overseeing a team of workers. This is an excellent organisation to be a part of, with excellent opportunities for career progression.
The Company:
Major Pig Breeder.
The Candidate:
Intensive livestock experience.
Pig finishing experience.
Some management experience would be ideal.
Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude
Flexible and adaptable
The Package:
Circa £30k - £40k per annum (Dependant on Experience)+ House + Great Benefits!
