Territory Sales Manager
Territory Sales Manager – Aberdeenshire - £45,000 – £55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car / Car Allowance + Bonus
The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to join a well established business supplying forest and garden machinery across North East Scotland. This is a field based role focused on managing and developing an existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities across agricultural, landscaping, and commercial sectors. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strong relationship management and delivering a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers across the region
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Promoting and selling a range of forest and garden machinery and related products
- Conducting site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent aftersales support
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in a field sales or territory sales role
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Knowledge or interest in agriculture, groundcare or machinery advantageous
The Package
- Salary £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary DOE
