Assistant Herdsperson
Are you passionate about dairy farming and ready to join a family-run operation?
We are seeing a dedicated individual to join the team at their state-of-the-art dairy farm located in Cheshire.
As a family-run dairy farm, they pride themselves on their commitment to excellent in animal care and innovation. Their farm utilises cutting-edge technology, including a 30-point rapid parlour, to ensure the highest standards of milk production and animal welfare.
As a Dairy Herdsperson you will be responsible for operating their 30-point rapid parlour, ensuring the herd health of 250 cattle and general day-to-day tasks.
The Candidate
-Previous herdsperson experience
-Hoof trimming and mastitis knowledge
-Passionate about dairy
-Full UK Driving License
The Package
-Salary £30,000-£35,000 DOE
-Fantastic working environment
-Full training provided
