Assistant Tractor Driver/Estate Worker – Scotland - Salary up to £28,000 (Depending on Experience) + 2 Bedroom House + Fantastic Working Environment + Full Training & Great Opportunity for Career Progression!!

THE JOB:

Are you passionate about the Scottish countryside and its wonderful natural heritage?

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic Assistant Tractor Driver and General Estate Worker to join the team at a beautiful estate based in Scotland.

The estate includes a range of traditional countryside business’, dairy and sheep farming, forestry, country sports and holiday cottages.

Working closely with the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for tractor driving, general maintenance and assisting with the day-to-day running of the Estate’s Dairy and Sheep operations.

This is an excellent opportunity and full training will be provided for the right candidate…… If you have the drive and ambition, then we would like to hear from you!

THE CANDIDATE:

• Hard working and physically fit.

• Competent tractor driver & machine operator.

• Able to work on own initiative and a team player.

• A ‘Can-Do’ approach to work.

• PA1/PA2/PA6 would be an advantage.

• Mechanically minded and able to maintain farm machinery.

• Able to carry out general maintenance work e.g. fencing/field drainage/ditches etc.

• Telehandler ticket preferable.

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
