Breeder Farm Manager – Lincoln – Salary £34,600 + 28 days Holiday (increasing with service) + Great Opportunity for Career Progression!!
THE JOB:
Are you an enthusiastic, hardworking individual that works or would like to work in the poultry industry?
Do you have the drive and determination to be a successful Farm Manager?!
We are recruiting for an intelligent, dedicated Breeder Farm Manager to join the team at a forward-thinking and growing poultry organisation based in the UK.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be required to work with your birds in 2 or 3 flock periods for approximately 10 months of the year in total. You will be expected to organise farm administration, work equipment and monitor site contractors at all times.

THE CANDIDATE:
•Livestock or poultry experience desirable.
•Hard working and physically fit - able to lift up to 20kg.
•Great attention to detail.
•Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
•Computer literate.
•Can-do, positive attitude.
•Self- starter and able to work under minimal supervision.
•Lives within commutable distance or willing to relocate (prior to commencement) to Lincoln.
