Breeding & Genetics Advisor – Dairy Genetics – Devon + £40,000 Basic + Commission + Company vehicle + Enhanced pension scheme
The Job:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Breeding & Genetics Advisor to support dairy farmers across Devon in improving herd performance through effective breeding strategies. This role involves providing practical advice on genetics, assisting with herd planning, and guiding clients on the use of reproductive technologies. You will carry out regular farm visits and work closely with farmers to deliver tailored solutions that help maximise productivity and profitability.

The Candidate:
- Based in Devon
- Practical dairy experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Flexible, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Full UK driving licence
The Package:
- Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
