The Job:
Supervising seasonal and casual staff across field and packhouse operations. You will allocate tasks, monitor performance and ensure productivity and compliance. Fluency in Russian and English is essential to provide clear communication between management and the workforce.

Our client is a leading East Anglian grower of fresh root and field vegetables, supplying major retailers and markets. They are committed to sustainable farming, high quality produce, and maintaining a safe, supportive workplace for their team.

The Candidate:
- Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience (preferably in agriculture, horticulture, or food production)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Flexible and hands-on approach to work
- Knowledge of root crop or field vegetable farming
- Experience with labour management systems or reporting tools
- Full UK driving licence

The Package:
- £14.00 per hour
- Full-time, permanent role with potential overtime during peak seasons
