The Job:
An experienced Relief Poultry Farm Manager is required to support broiler farms across Derbyshire. This role involves overseeing animal welfare, maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene, and ensuring the optimal environment for poultry production. The position offers opportunities for professional development through a dedicated Agriculture Academy, including further qualifications and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across broiler farms on a relief basis
- Ensure high standards of poultry welfare, biosecurity, and hygiene
- Supervise and support farm teams, promoting best practices and safety
- Monitor stock performance and health, taking corrective action when required
- Follow all company procedures and regulatory requirements

The Candidate:
- Experience in broiler farm management
- Level 2 or 3 Poultry Passport qualification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for multiple sites
- Full driving licence

The Package:
- Salary £35,000 per year DOE
- 4-day working week (out of 7)
