Dairy Farm Advisor
Dairy Farm Advisor – South of England – Basic Salary to £40,000 + Commission + Vehicle + Enhanced benefits package
The Job:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and proactive Dairy Farm Advisor to support pasture-based productivity on dairy farms throughout the South of England, ideally located in the Gloucestershire, Wiltshire or Somerset region.
This role will see you working closely with farmers to deliver practical grazing strategies, improve herd performance, and provide ongoing support tailored to the unique needs of each business. You’ll be field-based, meeting customers on-farm, identifying opportunities for improvement, and offering trusted guidance on how to optimise systems and profitability.

The Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who is confident in advising dairy farmers, with a solid foundation in animal production and a real passion for pasture-based systems. You’ll be someone who enjoys being out on farms, discussing practical improvements and helping businesses thrive.
Key Requirements:
- Background in dairy farming or a similar livestock field
- Experience of pasture-based systems
- Strong relationship-building skills with a farmer-focused approach
- Able to manage your own time and workload independently
- Full UK Driving License
The Package:
- Basic Salary Circa £35,000 - £40,000
- Commission
- 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service
