Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dairy Sales Manager to join our team in Lancashire. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence in the animal health and nutrition industry. You will be responsible for providing the sales plan for the region, attend trade shows and farmers meetings.

THE CANDIDATE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the animal health and nutrition industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good Knowledge of the dairy Industry, with practical experience of dairy farming either through work, college or University.
