Farm Operative (AD Plant) – Oxfordshire - Salary £32,500 + Overtime at £18 per hour + Bonus + Enhanced Pension + Up to 38 Days Holiday!!!

If you have a practical farm experience (including driving farm machinery) are reliable and enthusiastic, we would love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role, hours Monday to Friday (7am – 5pm), with a weekend rota.

THE CANDIDATE:
•Practical farming background.
•Experience of operating farm machinery.
•Mechanical aptitude would be an advantage.
•Computer literate.
•Telehandler, cherry picker and forklift certificates would be an advantage.
•Hands-on, can-do attitude.
•Good team player & communicator.
•Full driving licence.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary £32,500 + Overtime at £18 p/h + Annual company bonus of £1500 = Total earnings achievable above £40,000!! + Up to 38 days holiday!!!
