THE ROLE:
This Growing Manager role is with a major grower of soft fruit, that supplies all of the UK’s leading supermarkets. Based in Herefordshire, the role will involve managing the entire growing site, so an understanding of this is essential. You will be supported by high end computerised irrigation and fertigation equipment (PRIVA). You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of achievement and professionalism at all times, so that the glasshouse remains a market leader in UK soft fruit production. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- An experienced grower.
- Commutable to Herefordshire or happy to relocate (accommodation is an option).
- Great commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be a Problem solver.
