Head Stockperson / Assistant Farm Manager (Goats) – Ireland - To €35,000 + Accommodation + Opportunities to progress
The Job:
This is a hands-on management role and a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced stockperson to take the next step in their career, or an existing farm supervisor / Assistant Manager. The successful candidate shall be responsible for the operations at the farm and the premises. Duties will include general team management, supporting the Farm Manager, agricultural and animal welfare, and overseeing the food production facility.
Candidates will be considered with Goat, sheep or dairy experience.
There is accommodation on site for a couple or single person.

The Candidate:
Proven Track Record within a similar role.
Experience of livestock husbandry (Goats would be an advantage)
Experience of food production would be an advantage.
Managing staff and keeping records.
Managing budgets and financial planning.
Self-motivated.
Demonstrated success of working pro-actively within a changing growing business.
