Lecturer In Agriculture – Hull – Up to £35,000
THE JOB ROLEOur client is actively looking for an individual to join their agricultural college to coach and develop a group of students in Presision Crop Technology.
You will be required to teach and assess at a variety of levels, ultimately providing support and guidance to your class of learners as they progress in their agricultural studies.
Previous teaching experience would be advantageous but is not essential as our client provides full funding and support towards a teaching qualification.
This opportunity would be perfect for a recently graduated agricultural student ideally with a back ground in farming who wants to get in to teaching.

This is a class room lead role focused on the delivery and assessment of Precision Crop Technology within Agriculuture.
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally you will have UK farming experience and have an agriculture related degree.
Teaching experience, particularly within Further Education, would be advantageous but isn’t essential. Likewise, although a full teaching qualification isn’t required at this stage, you would need to secure this as part of your role. The successful applicant will receive full support and allocated time in order to achieve this.
Our client requires a team player and an excellent communicator. You will be able to maintain a proactive approach and have an eye for detail whilst working to challenging deadlines.
THE PACKAGE:
Up to £35,000 starting salary.
Fully funned training and support to becoming a qualified teacher.
35 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Fantastic teacher pension scheme (23%) which also includes life assurance.
Above average additional benefits.
