Mechanic
Agricultural Mechanic – Off-Road & Utility Equipment - Warwickshire

The Job:
Join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of off road and utility vehicle servicing. Known for there commitment to technical precision and customer satisfaction, who support clients across farming, leisure and trade industries. With consistent demand and continued growth, they are expanding our workshop team.
We’re on the lookout for a hands on Technician with mechanical know how and a proactive mindset. You’ll be working with a range of off road vehicles – from quad bikes to utility machines, carrying out diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance.
Day-to-Day Duties:
-Service and maintain a variety of off-road and utility vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Investigate faults using diagnostic tools and a practical approach
- Prepare machines prior to delivery, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Handle recall and warranty work as required
- Keep thorough records of jobs, parts used, and servicing details
- Promote safe working practices and help keep the workshop clean and efficient
- Offer technical insights to both customers and colleagues where needed
- Stay current with technical updates and in-house training

The Candidate:
- Recognised qualification in vehicle maintenance (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Prior experience with agricultural machinery, ATVs, motorcycles or similar is beneficial
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Practical, solutions focused approach to fault finding
- Full UK driving licence – towing licence is a plus
- Ability to work well solo or as part of a small, close-knit team
- Positive attitude, with a focus on quality and ongoing improvement
