The Job:
We are seeking reliable and detail oriented Milk Filling Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the efficient operation of high speed filling and packaging machinery, ensuring product quality, minimising downtime and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. This position is key to ensuring the consistent and timely delivery of high-quality dairy products.

The Candidate:
- Previous experience working in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with automated filling and packaging machinery (desirable but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Strong understanding of hygiene, health, and safety protocols
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets
- Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a positive work ethic
- Willingness to work shift patterns, including early mornings or evenings if required
