The Job:
We are looking for a dedicated and thorough Night Shift Hygiene Officer to take responsibility for cleaning and sanitising production equipment, machinery, and workspaces to the highest food safety standards. Working overnight, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the site is fully prepared for the next day’s operations. This role is crucial to maintaining compliance, product quality, and a safe working environment.

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a hygiene, cleaning, or sanitation role within a food production or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety procedures
- Able to work night shifts reliably and consistently
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Physically fit and comfortable working in cold, wet, or noisy environments
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and complete records accurately
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
