Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in identifying, sourcing, and ordering the right parts and accessories for their machinery.
- Handle inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's agricultural and construction machinery parts inventory.
- Stay informed about product specifications, availability, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and organisation.
- Place orders for parts as needed, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Keep accurate records of parts transactions, including invoices, receipts, and order histories.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date filing system.
- Offer basic technical support and advice to customers, guiding them on parts installation and maintenance as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably in the agricultural or construction machinery sector.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural and construction machinery parts and accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Competitive salary in the range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
