Poultry Farm Manager
We are working with a leading poultry farming operation based in North Hertfordshire, managing a state-of-the-art, 10 Shed site with a capacity of 380,000 birds. Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Broiler Farm Manager to join their team and continue driving success.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their poultry farming activities, supervising a team of two additional staff members, and ensuring the continued excellence of their operations. This role includes planning, organising, and supervising farm activities, maintaining and repairing equipment, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory inspections.
The Candidate
-Strong broiler farm management experience
-Level 2/3 Poultry Passport Qualification or NVQ would be desirable
-Basic computer skills
-Sound decision maker
The Package
-Salary to £41,000 DOE
-Performance bonus incentive scheme
-Fully expensed 4-bedroom house
