Product Manager – Small Animal / Pet Market – Home Based UK – Salary to £45,000

THE COMPANY:

A leading manufacturer of animal vitamins and supplements to the Small Animal market.   

THE ROLE:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager within the veterinary / pet product sector to support in new product launches to the UK market. This is a home-based position, with travel approx. 4 times per month to HQ in Southern England

  • To Contribute and support the product marketing strategies and product plan;

  • Responsible for respective product branding related tasks: promotion strategy, action plans, etc.

  • Build and support close relationships with stakeholders (internal and external)

  • Define the annual marketing plans

  • Provides input on new product development opportunities.

  • Translate the marketing strategy into activation plan.

  • Collect and analyze market data, analyze the market environment, competition, identified customers' needs and insights, integrate on-line and off-line approach.

  • Prepare and maintain a product roadmap for own portfolio, identifying and scoping product enhancement, through multichannel commercial activities.

  • Manage and control approved P&L budget, tracking of KPI’s and ROI of the different marketing activities, online and off line.

  • Guide and manage advertising and market feedback.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Knowledge and experience in animal health market is essential.

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Degree qualified in a related discipline.

  • Good project management skills. 

  • Proven and solid Digital skills & data analysis capability.

  • Proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to build strong relationships (both internally and externally)

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: To £45,000 depending on experience
