Production Manager (Animal Feed Mill)-Lincolnshire
We are working with one of the UK’s top food companies to recruit an experienced production manager to manage the friendly and dedicated team at their feed mill in Lincolnshire.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the mill, organising staff, and supervising the quality control and production. Further to this, you will have excellent health and safety knowledge and ensure that both these and the hygiene processes are adhered to.
The Candidate
-Previous experience in a Production Management role is desirable
-Excellent people management skills
-A confident communicator
-Full UK Driving License
The Package
-Salary £42,000
-Monday-Friday days of work
-Continuous training
-Generous holiday allowance
