Quantity Surveyor / Senior Estimator (Demolition Specialist) – Berkshire - Salary circa £70,000 basic + car allowance + relocation allowance + full benefits package!
THE JOB:
Our client is a demolition specialist, operating throughout Southern England.
We are working exclusively to find them a QS / Senior Estimator, ideally with experience within the demolition sector as a chosen specialism.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of demolition contracts, estimating and a strong relationship builder and manager.
This is a fantastic commercial opportunity within a successful and professional team.
You will be dealing with customers and professional third parties within the project team, so relationship management and commercial acumen are a must.
You will be a strong communicator, thrive under pressure, be deadline focused and proactive, offering cost engineering solutions throughout project conception and delivery.

THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience of demolition contracts.
Quantity Surveyor or Estimating experience.
Commercial acumen.
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Strong Health and Safety awareness.
An excellent communicator.
Solution focused.
IT Literate – MS Office Package.
Full Driving Licence.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary circa £70,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance (£400 Per month) + relocation allowance + full benefits package!
