The Job:
This is a varied role combining retail sales, customer service and operational support. The successful candidate will manage retail products, support online and in store customers and play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations.

The Company:
Our client is a nationally recognised agricultural retail business specialising in grassland management and livestock systems. Supplying a wide range of products including electric fencing, clothing, footwear and livestock equipment, they are known for their excellent service, strong product knowledge and customer focused approach.

The Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and the confidence to work independently
- Competence in Microsoft Office
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- Agricultural retail, sales, or customer service background
- Knowledge of invoicing, credit control, or finance processes
- Experience in smaller business/office environments
- An interest in agriculture, grazing management, or livestock systems

The Package:
- Salary £28,000 – £35,000 DOE (up to £38,000 with finance experience)
