Legal Secretary - Private Client Tax and Trusts - Exeter– up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits!
Role Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Legal Secretary to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full support to our private client fee earners and delivering excellent service to our clients.
The successful applicant must be computer-literate, motivated, and proactive. This role would be suitable for an experienced secretary or someone who is interested in starting a career in law. An advantage would be experience in audio typing, case management systems, and with private client matters.

- Typing/document processing of large and small legal documents
- Diary management and task management
- General administration support
- Providing full support to the private client fee earners
Skill and Knowledge:
- Previous experience supporting a busy team.
- Personable, articulate, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy office environment
- Attention to detail and excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to provide excellent service to clients at all times
