THE ROLE:
This Senior Marketing Manager position based in their Derbyshire HQ is with a leading UK manufacturer of agricultural supplies. You will be responsible for the businesses Marketing activities throughout the UK and Europe. It really is a strategic marketing role, for someone looking to progress into a management role with a team under them. You will be responsible for developing new market entries or new product launch strategies, identifying key partners and working with the sales team to deliver business plans. In return you will be highly rewarded, working for a prestigious business that most aspire to work for! You will contribute to and implement the overall marketing strategy for this extremely successful organisation. You will develop marketing campaigns, services and tools in order to assist the Commercial/Technical teams in supporting customers, thereby achieving profitable business

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree – Marketing or Business-related
- Industry knowledge gained within animal health and/or agricultural industry
- Able to demonstrate thorough understanding of product and brand management and ability to analyse market data
- Experience of implementing successful B2Bmarketing campaigns using variety of media/agencies etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills demonstrated by working in cross-functional teams
- Good commercial awareness and appreciation of challenges facing the industry
- Willing to be ‘hands on’ and ‘do’ as well as ‘manage’
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 basic depending on experience + performance bonuses! + car, pension, health insurance and a great list of benefits and career progression opportunities!
